We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in digital copywriting, content strategy, information architecture, CMS publishing and content migration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead digital content strategy, editorial quality, information structure and content modernisation activities. - Write, edit and proofread professional web content for different audiences and digital channels. - Develop content inventories, migration plans and structured content for CMS publishing. - Apply metadata, information architecture and SEO fundamentals to improve content discoverability. Interview stakeholders and convert complex business, technical or document-heavy information into clear web content. Job Experience & Skills Required \/ Ideal Candidate Profile: Education - Degree or National Diploma in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or an equivalent relevant field is required. - Relevant digital communications, content strategy or SEO qualifications will be advantageous. - Additional training in accessibility, analytics or CMS platforms will be advantageous. - Additional information security qualifications will be advantageous Experience - 5+ years of professional experience in digital copywriting and content strategy. - Strong experience with web copywriting, editing, proofreading and digital content governance. - Experience structuring and migrating content, particularly document\/PDF-heavy information, into HTML or CMS-based web content. - Experience supporting CMS migration or website modernisation projects will be highly advantageous. Skills - Digital copywriting, editing, proofreading and content strategy. - Information architecture, content inventories, metadata and structured web content. - CMS publishing, content migration and SEO fundamentals. - Accessibility-aware content practices, stakeholder interviewing and basic GA4\/content-performance literacy.
