Job & Company Description:

An elite company that views itself as a leading supplier in the pyrometallurgy industry for arc furnaces is looking for a well-seasoned Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join their team. This company designs and develops technology equipment and thereafter offers their services to their clients in the metal and mining industry. The desired candidate is someone who has design and instrumentation experience (preferably furnaces) and has experience commissioning the equipment that has been designed.

Education:

BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering
Registration with ECSA – PR Eng (advantageous)
Business management related postgraduate qualification (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

6 years of experience as an Electrical Instrumentation Engineer
Must have experience working with furnaces (preferably arc furnaces)
Must have 4 years plant commissioning experience
Must have LV, MV and HV design experience
Must be willing to travel internationally
