SUMMARY:
Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for improving systems and processes, align business strategy and operational needs. The ideal candidate needs to have strong project management skills.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
Solution design and Implementation

Manage project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Develop and implement change management strategies

AI Integration and Automation

Continuously research emerging technologies

Existing Solutions Enhancement

Analyse current systems and processes
Make recommendations for upgrades or system modifications
Oversee the implementation of system improvements

Data and Business Process Optimisation

Map and analyse database structure and data sets
Develop and maintain value analysis tools to support data-driven decisions

Education:

12 - 15 years experience in system development and business analysis
Exposure to FMCG, distribution or related environment
Relevant degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, BSc or related
Knowledge of Relational databases
Experience in project management methodologies and related tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
