Senior Information Security Administrator( Client Based)

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Senior Information Security Administrator with minimum of 4 years Cyber security experience certified in CISSP or GIAC for 6 months project

POSITION INFO:

Deep skills and experience in information security, network security firewalls, network segmentation and other related security technologies

Deep skills and experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications. MCSE/MCSA certification is advantageous

It is further recommended that the candidate should have experience in Troubleshooting and problem solving technical security issues

CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) or GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification)

The candidate should have experience and knowledge of SIEM (Security Information and Events Management) infrastructures

A minimum of 4 years in cyber security experience

Knowledge of large scale networked infrastructure on a Microsoft platform including switching and routing technologies

Deep skills and experience in designing and supporting of Microsoft networks

Good documentation skills; j) Ability to adapt in ever changing environments

Good inter-personal and communications skills and must be a team player

Political neutrality, non-alignment and impartiality is not negotiable

Knowledge of Security best practices and recommendations

Ability to draft, implement and enforce Information Security Policy

Technical Skills requirements

Security Architecture Implementation

Operating systems knowledge like Linux and Microsoft

Intrusion prevention and detection; >8 Years Working Knowledge of ISO 17799 Standards

Extensive experience in IT Security

Encryption [e.g. VPN technologies]

Authentication and authorization technologies

Knowledge of physical security measures

Extensive knowledge and experience of Security Information and Events Management (SIEM)

Deep skills and experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications. MCSE/MCSA certification is advantageous

CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) or GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification) Requirement IT Security Auditing

Previous knowledge and experience with the Commission’s work and ICT environment
