POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join our high-performing Investments & Venture Capital team in Gauteng. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in shaping the investment strategy, driving deal execution, and working with visionary entrepreneurs transforming the African business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead deal execution, from sourcing and due diligence to valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis to identify emerging opportunities across sectors.
Build trusted relationships with founders, co-investors, and strategic partners.
Support portfolio management and value creation through active engagement and strategic insight.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s overall investment thesis and growth strategy

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field (CFA or CA(SA)).
5–7 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
Proven track record of deal execution and financial modelling excellence.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
A collaborative leader who balances analytical rigour with strategic creativity.
