JOB SUMMARY:
An opportunity for an intermediate Java Developer has become available for my reliable client in the banking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Major Responsibilities:

Provide full lifecycle support to clients from initial client interaction and requirements analysis through design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and integration

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code according to specification

• Maintain code quality, organization and optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and find solutions to these problems

• Prepare and deploy software components within agreed timeframe in life with company’s software deployment process

• Use object-oriented principles for development to streamline efficiency and ensure a scalable and reusable architecture

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

• Maintenance: Ensure all errors are resolved correctly and resolution documented; eliminate re- occurrence of errors; provide support to operational support team

• Liaise with and provide feedback to stakeholders (internal and external)

• Document and store in relevant location all system designs, deployment configuration and procedures
