Our client, a prominent player in the finance and banking sector, is seeking a Senior Lead and Development Manager to drive impactful leadership initiatives within a high-performing team. Where You'll Make an Impact: Develop and execute comprehensive leadership development strategies aligned with key business objectives. Design leadership frameworks, learning pathways, and architecture to cultivate leadership capabilities. Lead the creation and governance of flagship leadership programmes that resonate across the organization. Partner effectively with executives, HR, and business stakeholders to embed leadership development initiatives. Establish measurement frameworks to assess behavioural change and demonstrate tangible business impact. Manage external learning providers, oversee budgets, and ensure the seamless implementation of development initiatives. Requirements: 8 to 12 years of experience in leadership development, ideally within the finance or banking industries. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning. Strong management skills with a track record of designing and implementing development frameworks. Technical skills including management of development architecture, and familiarity with R and C programming is advantageous.
