Senior Manager – Operations and Supply Chain – R1.2 Mil

Johannesburg - North

My global FMCG manufacturer and importer in some of the finest consumables are looking for a Senior Manager in their Operations team (Procurement, Logistics, Planning and Warehousing)

Key performance areas include

• Extensive project management in Procurement, Planning, Production & Logistics to drive continuous improvement within the business.
• Juggling numerous projects and seeing them through to completion in Procurement, Planning, Production & Logistics departments
• Designing performance measurement systems and implementing them (Continuous Improvement)
• Improving processes using Six Sigma Methodology
• Drive operational excellence
• Project and Change management

Minimum requirements

• Hons Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering
• Six Sigma training
• 5 years in Middle management
• Knowledge of International Trade, Supply Chain, Imports / Exports.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ recent experience in an FMCG Multinational environment
