JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Consultant within the Property industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have experience in property sales (preferably residential) and the ability to close deals.
Extensive knowledge and experience in conventional and digital marketing is essential.
Experience in the management of managing and hosting events.
The capacity to be agile in the challenging market (entrepreneurial spirit).
First-hand customer relations and sales experience.
Managerial experience, being able to manage and work with a team.
Experience in the financial sector is not essential but highly beneficial eg. bond origination, financial services or banking.
A basic understanding of construction techniques and terminology.
A basic understanding of the economic and financial environment.

Requirements:

minimum 5 years experience
Minimum requirement B Comm / LLB or similar
