Senior Marketing Manager

Freedom Won has an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager, to help us shape our brand. Contributing towards our explosive rate of growth - with a comprehensive all round marketing skill set, who will be managing our Marketing Team as well as developing and implementing our short, medium and long-term marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to create leads, opportunities and deals
• Develop Market trends, market sizing, competitor & customer analysis, benchmarking
• Executing marketing campaigns across all media platforms
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that will help drive the sales
• Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and presenting this data in a simplistic format
• Writing articles on solutions and case studies on client success stories
• Liaising with all parties as required to execute production of marketing materials
• Assist with arranging onsite and online client and employee events
• Conducting analysis of competitors’ marketing strategies to provide suggestions on how we can improve our own
• Driving the creation of relevant video content for YouTube and other platforms
• Management of the internal website, updating of product information
• Track, analyse and report the success of campaigns and content done by the marketing team
• Full management and ownership of the marketing team - monthly reporting on team performance and deliverables

Skills and Experience

• Relevant Marketing Degree (Preferably Honours)
• Must have no less than 5 years’ experience at Senior Marketing Manager level
• Must be able to work methodically and independently
• Able to conduct performance reviews and disciplinary processes
• Attention to detail required
• Design tools: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Digital marketing experience: Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, SEO
• Knowledge and understanding of PR/Comms, Digital, Events Management aspects of marketing
• Extensive PR experience and expertise – non-negotiable
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
