Senior Marketing Manager (Reporting to executive leadership)

SUMMARY:
A fast‑growing consumer‑focused brand business is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of its core brand and help guide the evolution of an expanding brand portfolio.
This role is ideal for a results‑driven marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will be responsible for defining and delivering marketing strategy across multiple channels, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring marketing activity contributes directly to business performance.
As the organisation continues to grow and introduce additional brands, this role will be central in maintaining focus, alignment, and consistency, while building scalable marketing processes and capability.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth and revenue objectives
Own brand positioning and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels
Lead digital marketing initiatives across social, email, CRM, SEO, and app communication platforms
Drive app‑related marketing initiatives, including launches, loyalty programmes, customer engagement, and CRM campaigns
Leverage data, insights, and market research to guide decision‑making and performance optimisation
Manage and deliver campaigns across digital, retail, events, and app environments
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, promoting ownership and high standards
Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and relationships with internal stakeholders
Produce clear reporting and insights for senior leadership, identifying opportunities and risks

What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role within consumer‑led, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG environments
Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes through integrated marketing activity
Strong people leadership experience with internal teams and external partners
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑moving, and entrepreneurial environment
Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline
