POSITION INFO:

Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking Senior Network Manager to join their team remotely on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth and an excellent working environment.

Description

Network Manager required for our client with Cisco experience in a datacentre environment and to do DC Network planning for future requirements. Experience is also required in Change control, Capacity Reporting, availability reporting etc.

Requirements

• Cisco experience (a must)
• Manage internal staff, external vendors and contractors
• Have experience in working with Cisco in a datacentre environment
• Do DC network planning for future requirements (capacity, bandwidth, etc.)
• Must understand firewall’s or have technical experience in them
• Have worked or managed networking projects
• Previously worked in network in large environment (multiple datacentres)
• Ability to present and articulate technical information to executives
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience with IT processes (Change Control, Capacity Reporting, availability reporting, etc.)

 Advantageous:

• Has technical network experience in a retail environment
• They have experience with Cisco wireless and Cisco wireless LAN controller (access points)
• Experience in setting up Cisco network from scratch in a datacentre
• MPLs network exposure
