Senior Network Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking Senior Network Manager to join their team remotely on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth and an excellent working environment.

Description

Network Manager required for our client with Cisco experience in a datacentre environment and to do DC Network planning for future requirements. Experience is also required in Change control, Capacity Reporting, availability reporting etc.

Requirements

Cisco experience (a must)
Manage internal staff, external vendors and contractors
Have experience in working with Cisco in a datacentre environment
Do DC network planning for future requirements (capacity, bandwidth, etc.)
Must understand firewall’s or have technical experience in them
Have worked or managed networking projects
Previously worked in network in large environment (multiple datacentres)
Ability to present and articulate technical information to executives
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with IT processes (Change Control, Capacity Reporting, availability reporting, etc.)

Advantageous:

Has technical network experience in a retail environment
They have experience with Cisco wireless and Cisco wireless LAN controller (access points)
Experience in setting up Cisco network from scratch in a datacentre
MPLs network exposure
