JOB SUMMARY:
We are actively recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer role for our client in the Telecommunication industry to focus on resolving internal audit findings and optimise processes to mitigate credit notes drivers. As the EBU division gears up for growth with cloud, security, IOT (beyond connectivity services), the right skill sets are required to develop new ways of working. EBU requires process engineers to support with reengineering existing ICT processes and build new processes for the future.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Resource Type and Experience

Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Information systems (or a closely related field)
Minimum 5-years’ process re-engineering experience

Experience with "ICT 2.0" (connectivity , managed network services, cloud, IOT, security) (must have)
ICT/Cloud experience within the enterprise or B2B area (preferred)

Knowledge of EA/BPM tools (preferably iServer)
Six Sigma (minimum Black belt) trained and certified
Project management skills (advantageous)
ITIL Service Management (preferred) that would need to engage with the respective departments to fulfil this scope
Knowledge of DMAIC approach for delivering process optimisation projects
Identifying process variances and waste in current processes
Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Business process analysis and business process mapping for different business functions
Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple key stakeholders
