Senior Refrigeration Technician

Leading provider of commercial and industrial refrigeration and cooling solutions seeks a qualified Industrial Refrigeration Technician at their offices near Somerset West.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Qualified Refrigeration Technician with strong electrical ability
• Valid driver's license
• Own tools
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to manage junior staff and not afraid to get hands dirty

Responsibilities would include you to:

• General Servicing and Repairs
• Updating the Service advisor on jobs in progress
• Attend to customers as required
• Assist other team members as required
• Assistance in the training of apprentices
• Workshop maintenance and cleaning - Daily, Monthly Rosters - Compile.
• Undertake training and to keep up to date with industry trends and repair techniques
• Keep customers Logbooks (services) up to date.
• Adhere to occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
• Able to do installations and help other technicians to achieve their set goals.
