JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecommunications industry has an opportunity available for a Senior Specialist: Business Partner Relations to be based in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

3-year Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Business Management or related
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation
At least 1 year business analysis or business process improvement experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexibility – the ability to adapt and change in the light of changing circumstances
Ability to work with deadlines in a deadline-driven environment

KPAs:

Content Management
Define and monitor the execution of processes and procedures for efficient execution of duties in the customer acquisition department
Ensure that workflow continues without interruption
Perform ongoing business analysis for new systems, processes and policies
Provide input into business requirement specifications for the improvement of IT systems
Reporting
Input into the development of systems and processes to continuously identify quality constraints and improve on re-occurring problems
Relationship Management
