JOB SUMMARY:
Our client requires a Senior Technical Implementation Lead on a contract basis to drive a collection of work (i.e., epics, projects) and understands the holistic business outcome to establish, organize and direct individual sub-projects within their specified domain. The candidate must have gone through at least 1 full project lifecycle of Oracle Marketing Cloud implementation. Previous experience on the field of digital marketing, marketing automation, multi-channel campaign orchestration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Context of the role:

Must have experience in implementing Telco CVM cloud solutions.
Candidate must 10+ Years of experience implementing complex Oracle Cloud solutions in the telco and business customer segments
Candidate must preferably have Telco experience or have worked with telco organisation or similar industry
To mature CVM capabilities by delivering a world class CVM CMS suite.
Maturing CVM strategy through Oracle Marketing Cloud platform to drive the building of efficient and fit-for- purposed CVM technology.
Integrate the Oracle Marketing Cloud into the ecosystem.
Enable business use cases across the full Oracle Suite

Key Performance Areas:

Own and manage the scope, schedule, cost and quality of a program in alignment with the business objectives.
Maintain an understanding of how underlying project success factors relate to the broader program and drive business results.
Communicate with key stakeholders on status, risks and accomplishments to ensure successful delivery of the entire solution.
Primary team member responsible for conducting and managing conversations with the customer on program / projects.
Ensures technology requests, projects & programs follow established technology governance policies and processes.
Partners with Technology Business Partners and functional business areas to identify technology services to meet strategic needs and keep the Business running.
Rationalization of the project and program portfolio.
Provides transparency of resource needs, manages interdependencies, facilitates escalations, and communicates impacts.
Monitors the performance of project, program and service delivery and provides visibility. Title of job: Senior Specialist: CVM Technical Implementation Lead Reporting Line: Senior Manager CVM Technology
Participates in the creation and communication of standardized Project Portfolio Management best practices and processes.
Experience in implementing CVM solutions using Oracle technologies (Oracle CX Cloud Crowd Twist, Oracle Marketing Cloud i.e., Eloqua)

Education:

BSC / Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Oracle Marketing Cloud or any other marketing suite Certification.
Project Management Certification

Experience:

10+ years consistent work experience covering CVM functions in telecommunication with global project rollout experience
Candidate must 5+ Years of experience on CMS, Integration, Architecture and Data related projects.
Demonstrate ability to effectively establish and maintain strategic working relationship with peers and constitutes at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate analysis, technical and problem-solving skills using critical and innovate thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively with a Project team
Demonstrate ability to work independently on multiple integration tasks with a fast[1]paced team and meet aggressive deadlines.
Good technical knowledge of cloud network and security protocols
Good understanding of design patterns and SOA reference architectures.
Understanding of Data base testing methodologies.
Working technical experience with Oracle Products and direct hands-on Testing experience with related to Oracle Products
Exposure to & understanding of Oracle Cloud technology
Advance and effective verbal, written and communication skills
