Recruiting for a Senior Specialist: Corporate Risk & Assurance, to be based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
The client is within the Medical industry and is looking to hire a Senior Specialist: Corporate Risk and Assurance individual. The candidate should be a well-established specialist because they will be expected to set up and redefine the company’s risk structure. It is of importance that as a candidate you have a risk background with a good understanding of audit functions. It is all hands-on for decisions at this company therefore the candidate should be able to hit the ground running and enter this role with a building mind set.

Duties:

Formulating risk management policies.
Identify risk against organizational objectives and articulate a risk appetite.
Implement ICT risk management methodologies.
Create fraud risk responses and plan with management.
Develops business continuity strategy.
Coordinate risk registers and action plans.

Qualifications:

Risk Management Degree.
Certified Risk Management Professional designation from IRMSA.

Experience:

6 years in risk, audit or assurance.
4 of these years should be in a management role.
