What We're Looking For - skills & qualifications: Products Worked With But Not Limited To: Solar Winds - N-Able PRTG monitoring solutions RMM software Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in a NOC\/IT MSP environment. Expertise in Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022). Strong skills - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PKI. Intermediate experience in VMware vSphere 6.5+, Hyper-V, and mass storage (SAN\/NAS). Good understanding of VLANs, routing, and firewall behaviour. Proficiency in Exchange 2016+ and Microsoft Azure. Qualifications: MCSA | MCSE | or relevant Microsoft role-based certifications from the Azure and Microsoft 365 lists VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) or Hyper-V Experience with Veeam and Rubrik Key Competencies: Leadership and team management Strong problem-solving under pressure Excellent communication skills Highly motivated and detail-oriented What You'll Do: Manage NOC performance and network systems. Resolve escalations from Tier 1 & 2 to ensure client satisfaction. Lead a skilled team, driving resource efficiency and technical excellence. Implement system upgrades, migrations, and best practices. Proactively optimize performance and document processes for repeatable success.
