POSITION INFO:
I am growing my Quality & Test Leadership Talent Network and am looking to connect with seasoned Test Managers (6+ years of experience) who know how to build and scale testing frameworks that empower engineering teams to deliver with confidence.

If you’re experienced in automation-led QA environments and comfortable with tools like Jira, Jenkins, and XRAY, I would love to connect with you!

What You Bring:

6+ years of experience leading QA or testing teams, with a strong automation background
Proven success designing and implementing test strategies, frameworks, and governance models
Deep knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, and XRAY for tracking, CI/CD, and test management
Experience collaborating across development, product, and DevOps to align testing with business goals
Strong people leadership — mentoring, coaching, and growing testing talent
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality, speed, and scalability
