SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service / Workshop Manager to join a well-established dealership in Tzaneen, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring smooth workshop operations, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily workshop operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and service staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Control workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Implement and monitor policies, processes, and OEM standards.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Service / Workshop Manager in an Automotive Franchised Dealership.
Relevant technical/management qualifications will be advantageous.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in managing workshop KPIs and delivering results.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle escalations.
Valid driver’s license.
