The Role: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

The purpose of this role is to establish the company and its owner as an authority in the UK property market. It exists to drive high-quality leads through a combination of organic social media, paid advertising, website content, and email marketing. The focus is on managing end-to-end digital campaigns that result in measurable business outcomes such as enquiries and cost-per-acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a weekly content calendar across organic channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and weekly performance reporting tied to leads and CPL/CPA.
• Produce and repurpose short-form video and simple creative using tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Write blogs, news pieces, and web content to support SEO and conversion, including AI-assisted drafting.
• Manage regular newsletters and automated email journeys via Campaign Monitor using audience segmentation.
• Implement basic tracking discipline, including UTMs, pixels, tags, and GA4 coordination.

About You

• Graduate level in marketing, digital, or social media.
• Must provide portfolio examples.
• Solid track record in building email campaigns and managing social media.
• Strong written English for blogs, newsletters, and website copy.
• Comfortable managing multiple channels and working independently in a remote environment.
• No accent.
• Familiarity with paid media fundamentals; hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience is a plus.
