Areas of Responsibilities Business Development & Client Growth Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, operators, EPC contractors, petrochemical companies, refineries, and energy stakeholders. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from lead generation through to project award. Represent iX Engineers at industry forums, networking events, conferences, and client meetings. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry. Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term client partnerships. Proposal, Tender & Bid Management Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, tenders, EOIs, RFQs, and RFP responses. Review client requirements and develop winning technical and commercial solutions. Coordinate inputs from engineering, operations, commercial, and project teams to ensure high-quality submissions. Develop value propositions that clearly demonstrate the company's capabilities and competitive advantage. Ensure all proposals meet client requirements, timelines, and profitability objectives. Present proposals and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Commercial Management & Deal Closure Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with clients. Develop pricing strategies and commercial models aligned with business objectives. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable commercial outcomes. Drive opportunities through the sales lifecycle from qualification to contract award. Secure new business and achieve agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Ensure a smooth transition of awarded projects to project delivery teams. Solution Development & Implementation Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative technical and strategic solutions for Oil & Gas clients. Identify operational challenges and translate them into effective client-focused solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical and sustainable engineering solutions. Oversee solution implementation to ensure delivery within scope, budget, programme, and quality requirements. Ensure solutions align with client objectives, operational requirements, and industry best practices. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Engage with clients to understand their operational challenges, business drivers, and long-term strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the opportunity and project lifecycle. Build long-term relationships that contribute to customer retention and future business opportunities. Facilitate regular client engagement sessions and executive-level presentations. Ensure exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, specialists, project managers, and external stakeholders. Promote collaboration and alignment across business units to achieve project and commercial objectives.
