About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Specialist: Industry Learning (Projects and Governance) to join our client in the banking industries team
This role is central to the successful delivery of strategic learning initiatives, governance coordination, and industry engagement platforms.
You will play a key role in managing the moving parts of our clients flagship year end graduation conference.

The incumbent must be a disciplined project specialist who can work independently to drive outcomes, manage complex logistics, and maintain professional standards across multiple project streams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Governance
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, repositories, and version-controlled documentation for all Industry Learning initiatives.
Drive project outcomes and deadlines through disciplined tracking of action items, dependencies, and follow-ups.
Co-create and manage project risk registers, ensuring potential issues are identified and escalated to the Project Owner timeously.
Initiate and manage workstreams for the conference 2027.
Adhere to procurement and other compliance policies and processes.

Education and Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator.
3–4 years of experience in event coordination or large-scale conference support.
A relevant degree or diploma from a recognised tertiary institution.
Proven experience in running multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Proven experience with project management and related systems and processes.
Development of close out reports.
