SUMMARY:
The Role:

Theâ?¯Strategic Account Executive is responsible in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Essential Functions:

Manage our Strategic accounts portfolio
Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
Set up account plans
Establish strong, long-term client relationships
Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
Connect customer business and technology needs to solutions
Coordinate solution advisory with business units to provide solutions
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal sales teams
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Monitor sales performance metrics
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Quarterly business reviews with customers

Skills and Experience:

Experience required:

5 - 10 yrs - Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager

Minimum Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
