SUMMARY:
Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Northriding

POSITION INFO:
Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Northriding URGENTLY needed for a large medical firm.

Manage inventory and safety stock levels according to given mandate
Manage local service providers and negotiate with material suppliers
Work at plant level with controlling and applying material replenishment strategies
Update forecasts into SAP/APO system on monthly basis
Maintain SAP daily production, forecasting and scheduling alerts
Have strategic Procurement sourcing skills and be able to do pricing negotiations

Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Min 5 years’ experience in procurement
Good experience in Excel as well as working knowledge with Excel Pivots and Vlookups
Min 5 years’ experience working with SAP, good knowledge of MRP and Masterdata

Raise awareness on stock risks to marketing and sales as and when required
