REQUIREMENTS         

• Higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• KPI orientated.
• A good knowledge in the steel or engineering industry
• At least 5-10 years of management experience in a Sales Company.
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP.  BI and Celonis knowledge is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking
• Leadership quality and team orientated.
• Good communication, people and telephonic skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Good work attitude, loyalty and willing to succeed.
• Ability to plan, schedule and follow up.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Management and control of all national warehouses and logistical movements (incoming/outgoing), including safety and housekeeping
• Management of inventory and national procurement activities for steel, commodities and services.
• Inter-Branch Coordination – control of all Steel stock transfers between branch warehouses and the HUB Warehouse 
• Close communication with National Sales on materials management 
• Training and supervision of all staff nationally in the Logistics and Warehouse Departments.

CTC R 800,000.00 – R 1,000,000.00 per annum including the following benefits – car allowance, medical aid, pension fund, group life, disability, and funeral. Depending on the experience and qualification.
