SUMMARY:
My client, leading in the retail space is looking for the best Support Engineers to join their exponentially growing team.

POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving tickets as well as providing professional customer service to the groups various branches and staff. You are expected to have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to application and systems support.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 -4 years in a Systems support role

More application than hardware focused

Qualification:

Relevant IT Qualification
