SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the Technical Department, ensuring high-quality technical support, network commissioning, repairs, and after-sales service. This role is responsible for SLA compliance, system performance optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Strong technical background in electronic systems and network infrastructure
Proven leadership experience in a technical or service-driven environment
Experience managing SLAs, quality control systems, and fault analysis processes
Solid understanding of commissioning, maintenance, and repair workflows
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Experience in stock control, risk management, and process improvement
Ability to manage cross-functional communication (Production, Sales, Accounts, Stores)
Experience in staff management, performance reviews, and team development
Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Hands-on, operationally involved leadership style
