SUMMARY:
An experienced Technical Service Manager is required to lead and optimise a technical services department, ensuring high-quality support, repairs, and network performance. This role focuses on service excellence, SLA delivery, team leadership, and continuous improvement across technical operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Strong technical background in electronic systems and network infrastructure
Proven experience in a technical management or leadership role
Experience in service delivery, repairs, and commissioning environments
Strong knowledge of quality control and process improvement
Ability to manage SLAs, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction
Experience in team leadership, performance management, and staff development
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage stock control, risk, and operational processes
