A Global company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tactical Marketing Planner to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for products, services, or specialty areas Manage and implement brand strategies in line with established guidelines Analyse and report on brand performance and marketing effectiveness Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Support product development initiatives by analysing customer needs and market requirements Collaborate with dealers to develop annual tactical plans Manage and allocate marketing budgets aligned with business priorities Coordinate events, campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market activities Engage with stakeholders and customers to strengthen relationships and maximise value Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive additional business Minimum Requirements: 4-7 years' experience in a similar role At least 3 years' relevant industry experience (Manufacturing\/ Mining\/ Construction or similar) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results under pressure Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Strong organisational awareness and continuous improvement mindset Market analysis, target audience identification, dealer\/channel alignment, budget allocation, campaign rollout, and performance tracking (ROI, KPIs). Advantageous Experience in sales, customer, or dealer relationship management Background in marketing or sales environments Strong commercial understanding of customer and market dynamics Ability to develop and implement strategic action plans Experience in business analysis and solution development Adaptability and ability to drive change within a business environment Apply now!
