SUMMARY:
We're growing our team and looking for an experienced Talent Researcher to join us. You'll own the sourcing and screening side of our recruitment process, working closely with our Head of Talent on live briefs across our specialist sectors. This is a hands-on research role, not an admin one. You'll be mapping markets, finding candidates other people miss, and getting a genuine read on whether someone is right for a role before they ever reach a client.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing Sourcing and headhunting candidates across Finance, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Business Support & Operations Building and maintaining market maps for key client sectors Screening CVs and conducting first-round candidate interviews Assessing candidates against client briefs, not just keyword matching Keeping our candidate database current and well organised Working closely with the Head of Talent to refine search strategy on tricky or niche briefs What We're Looking For At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment research, sourcing, or 360 recruitment role Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Strong interviewing skills and good judgement on candidate fit Comfortable working independently and managing multiple live briefs at once Clear, professional communication, written and verbal Genuine curiosity about people and markets.
