Job & Company Description:
A financial institution in the industry for the past few decades years in the search for an incredible candidate to join their world class team. They offer a variety of services to organisations with professional expertise and manner. The technical accountant will report into the financial manager. The deliverables of this position will include but not limited to supervising and managing a team of auditors and trainees. They will also be in charge of seeing audits through and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education:

BCom completed qualification
CTA qualification
Audited insurance, financial service or banking clients
Strong IFRS knowledge

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Reporting
Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members
Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules
Planning and performing operational and financial audits
