Duties:

Review audit findings and develop action plans
Participate in audit meetings and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Develop corporate policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements.
Develop process improvements to improve quality and effectiveness of deliverables.
Interact with management to determine audit requirements.
Identify weaknesses in the system and create action plan to prevent security breaches
Plan internal audit procedures
Create internal audit reports
Collaborate and create a solid IT infrastructure
Devise and implement network security policies and procedures
Travel to client sites
Conduct training on security features
Troubleshoot security network problems

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Bcom honours in Accounting
Studying towards CISA would be beneficial

Experience:

3 years completed SAICA articles
2-4 years IT audit experience with exposure to development of audit methodology
Experience in review and evaluation of internal controls including IT controls
Experience in Learning and Education and/or Technical Analysis of Regulatory Requirements advantageous

Skills & Competencies:

Sound verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently to deliver results within set time constraints
Demonstrates lateral thinking skills
Active participation and proactive attitude to service delivery
Excellent organizational skills
