SUMMARY:
A Global Security firm specializing in guarding, electronic and CCTV security seeks a Technical Branch Manager

POSITION INFO:

Education:
Valid PSIRA Certificate
Minimum grade 12 (or Equivalent Qualification), tertiary
education/qualifications in a technical field would be preferred
Skills/Experience Required:
• Minimum 10 Years’ experience in the Security Industry.
• Minimum 10 Years’ experience with CCTV, Offsite Monitoring, Access
Control, and other Electronic Security Products.
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a Managerial position
Job Description:
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage technical service teams.
• Manage monthly service schedules.
• Manage stock levels in stores and control boot stock.
• Manage projects with assistance from the Project office.
• Resource Management.
• Weekly feedback to Area Manager.
• Monitor service levels via client feedback and daily/weekly and monthly
feedback.
• Client Retention.
