SUMMARY:
The most critical link in any tech project isn't just the code—it's the Technical Business Analyst who acts as the human node between complex systems and real-world business value. While developers build the chain, you are the validator who ensures every block of requirements is immutable, accurate, and valuable.

I'm not recruiting for a single role. I am building a distributed ledger of elite Technical Business Analysts. This is about creating a permanent, trusted network of top-tier talent for when the perfect project emerges. When a client needs to solve a critical business problem, I need to know the sharpest analytical minds to call from my decentralized talent pool.

POSITION INFO:

Skills & Experience:
Blockchain-Level Requirement Mining: Digging deep to unearth the core, immutable user needs that form the foundation of a product
Stakeholder Consensus Mechanisms: Facilitating workshops and negotiations to achieve unanimous agreement across decentralized teams
Smart Contract Specification: Translating complex business logic into flawless, executable user stories and acceptance criteria
Distributed Ledger Documentation: Creating crystal-clear documentation that is transparent, trustworthy, and accessible to all parties
51% Attack Prevention: Identifying and mitigating scope creep and conflicting stakeholder demands that threaten project integrity

Qualification:
Tertiary is preferred
