We’re recruiting on behalf of a client looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer with strong pump and valve sales experience, particularly within PEC industries (Pulp, Energy, and Chemicals). POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of valves, pumps, and related flow-control solutions. You will manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and provide hands-on technical support, including product sizing, selection, and application advice. Working closely with both local and global partners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive cost-effective, reliable solutions tailored to their operations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of pumps and valves within PEC industries (Pulp, Energy, Chemicals – additional sectors such as Power, Mining, or Oil & Gas will be advantageous)
Proven ability to perform technical sizing, selection, and application support
Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships at all levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Mechanical/Engineering qualification (N6 / Diploma / Degree) preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
