Technical Team Leader

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a technically strong and client-focused Technical Services Manager to lead and
support the technical team while serving as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and
clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring high
service standards, supporting the sales function with technical expertise and quotations, and
maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between technical operations and
customer engagement, ensuring that clients receive professional guidance and practical
solutions

POSITION INFO:
Team Leadership & Technical Support - Lead, mentor, and support the technical team to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. - Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians and team members. - Ensure technical work is completed according to company standards and client requirements. - Assist with the escalation and resolution of complex technical issues. - Identify skills gaps and training requirements within the team. Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Act as a key technical point of contact for clients. - Communicate technical information and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner. - Attend client meetings when technical expertise is required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support. - Assist clients in identifying suitable solutions and products that meet their operational requirements. Technical Consultation & Solution Support - Provide technical advice and recommendations on products and solutions. - Support the sales team by providing technical input during client engagements. - Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations. - Ensure recommended solutions align with client needs and company capabilities. - Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and product offerings. Operational Management - Monitor service delivery standards and client satisfaction. - Ensure effective coordination between technical, operational, and sales teams. - Assist in improving processes and efficiencies within the department. - Support the achievement of departmental and business objectives
