Technology Solutions Manager (Functional consultant – Development & design) - Equity Requirement - Parktown

This person will be required to assess what has been implemented, understand requirements and put in solutions to drive and improve Operations.

They must be able to develop and design solutions and work closely with & partner with the business analyst to improve operations.

Operations are driven by Finance system Dynamics CE which drives operations and are underpinned by Power BI.

Develop and maintain business applications to support Innovation in alignment with the IT strategy.

Lead and support business implementations, upgrades, improvements, and product development efforts around Bidvest Prestige’s Application Architecture Strategy
The focus of this position is centered on operational areas of Dynamics 365 CE, other beneficial functional areas of interest include Finance (F&O) and other operational systems integrations.
Design, build, test, and deployment for Dynamics 365 Power Platform technology solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Among daily responsibilities are design of business processes, functional specifications, software testing and implementation, user training and other related opportunities.
Understand the business and gather requirements for project needs and gap analysis
Responsible for reviewing business processes, re-engineering the business processes to improve efficiency, and performing the functional tasks required.
Communicate with internal IT staff, business, Microsoft, and other partners, on-site and remote development teams, and the extended user community to drive day-to-day initiatives, research and recommend strategic directions and solutions.
Remediation of system failures, logging all failures, documenting work procedures and system configuration.

Formal Qualification in information Technology and/or relevant experience and successful track record

Minimum of 3 - 6 years IT operations experience, preferably within the service industry and Microsoft environment.

SQL, Microsoft DevOps, Power Apps and Flow Certification, C-Sharp Preferred, Microsoft Dynamics PL-600, MB-600
