Telesales Specialist -

Our client is an online platform designed to help people create online surveys and analyse the results quickly and easily. It’s designed for professionals and less experienced users alike, with great support, how-to videos, FAQs and real-life support by phone and email. Their most recent NPS score (measuring customer satisfaction) was 76 (on a scale from -100 to +100), which is extremely high.

Our client needs a telesales person to target certain market sectors and arrange for brief qualifying conversations with their CEO.

Initial targets are:

NHS: any NHS body using surveys (Google will find many of these). These could be local surgeries right up to Trusts. Our client offers a special price for multiple users in the NHS which makes them very competitive
Local government (County and Town councils – communications departments are probably a good place to start)
Additionally, any business or organisation running a survey is a potential target
