JOB SUMMARY:
To oversee, coordinate and support all tender management activities to produce exceptional quality bid/tender submissions that comply with established operational, financial, regulatory framework, reputational and legal business requirements ensuring that scheduled deadlines are met

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree
2 – 4 years’ experience managing the tender process
Broad exposure to internal areas (Risk, Finance, Legal, IT and Operations)
Broad exposure to legal and corporate governance processes
5 years management experience
3 Year Project management experience within a tender management environment
5 years exposure to Fleet Management and Automotive industry experience
Advanced Tender writing experience
Specialist knowledge of Bid Management structures and requirements
Broad Fleet industry knowledge
Basic understanding of Government legislation and policies governing Public Sector and Government procurement e.g. MFMA, PFMA; PPP
General internal business processes
Operational BW Group business knowledge
Cross functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Cross functional knowledge of BBBEE governance framework
Cross functional knowledge of legal, ops, finance, corporate governance
Knowledge of the political landscape of SA
