POSITION INFO:

Total Production Maintenance and Capability Specialist

Location: Nelson Mandela Bay (Port Elizabeth/Uitenhage)
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement maintenance strategies to optimize production capabilities
Ensure compliance with production quality standards
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
Train production teams on maintenance best practices
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and issues

Sectors: FMCG/Retail/Wholesale/Supply Chain
Functions: TPM Methodologies, Supply Chain TPM, Supply Chain Technical Competencies, Quality Control Manager, R&D, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Professional,

Qualification Types: National Diploma or B-Tech in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Management, Post Graduate qualifications advantageous
3-5 years experience in Quality, Operations or Supply Chain imperative
2+ years strong practical experience with TPM implementation

Candidates should have:
Excellent Presentation skills, Good problem solving and analytical skills (UPS Methodology, Fishbone, 5Why)
Basic Engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills and advanced computer literacy skills
