SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the side tipper business and a proven track record of success in managing subcontractors. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fleet of side tippers, including scheduling, dispatch, and performance monitoring. You will also be responsible for managing our relationships with our subcontractors, ensuring that they are meeting our high standards of performance.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet of side tippers.
Schedule and dispatch side tippers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor the performance of side tippers and subcontractors.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Manage relationships with subcontractors.
Resolve customer issues.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in the side tipper industry
Proven track record of success in managing subcontractors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
