SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our Orthopaedic Theatre team. As the Unit Manager, you will oversee the coordination of nursing services within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team, ensuring that patient care is executed efficiently and effectively.

POSITION INFO:
You will oversee the coordination of nursing services within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team and responsible for capacity building, mentoring, and staff training to promote ongoing professional development.
Inherent Requirements:

A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma in General Nursing OR B Cur Degree).
Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
Essential: Diploma in Operating Room Science qualification.
Management qualification is required.
A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in an Operating Theatre.
Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a multi-disciplinary theatre environment.
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage financial data.
