A large JSE listed Insurance company is looking for a VAT Specialist to join their team. This person should come from the insurance industry.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• CA(SA) or Post Graduate Qualification in Tax (Focused on VAT)

Skills:

• Should be from Insurance or financial services in an insurance division.

Job description:

• Prepare VAT returns
• Perform VAT accounting
• Give VAT advise to the internal stakeholders.
• Compare internal VAT accounting with SARS staments
• Analyse imported service transactions
