We have a vacancy for a Bookings clerk with a vehicle dealership

Duties: Handle all incoming calls and enquiries on service bookings for the dealership, Attending to customer questions regarding services, Follow ups with the service advisors on all bookings and appointments, Building customer relationships

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as Bookings clerk
Must have experience working in a vehicle dealership and with brands like Mazda, Ford, Volkswagen etc.
Good communication skills and telephonic etiquette
Clear criminal record
Experience working on automotive systems for vehicle bookings
