JOB SUMMARY:
Umbilo, Durban. Well-established Logistics concern seeks hardworking, meticulous Warehouse Administration Controller with relevant imports and exports experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Accurately oversee management of stock and administration in the warehouse
Handling administrative duties in warehouse such as organize inbound and outbound tally sheet
Prepare and print delivery notes
Ensure that all inventory processes are completed timeously and accurately
Ensure goods are received and delivered on time
Perform stock check on weekly basis and report to Commercial Freight General Manager
Update and manage the stock in the computerised system and control the physical inventory of the warehouse whenever needed
Coordinate with Warehouse Operation team for shipment and required documentation
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Communicate with internal and external customers
Investigate and resolve documentation disputes
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Perform general administration to ensure smooth business operations
Develop and maintain a secure filing system

Requirements:

Warehouse Bond Store experience is an advantage but not essential
At least 4-10 years relevant experience
