FMCG Company seeks a Warehouse and Shipping Administration Clerk for their DC, this includes receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock, and handling communication between freight companies and warehouse customers. You will be responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock.

This involves processing receipts, taking records, and documenting the details of all orders.

You will also organise staff inductions, manage occupational health and safety procedures and book times for incoming deliveries. You may also have to assist with general duties within the warehouse.

In the Shipping Role, the administrator needs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship to our customers.

The responsibilities include recording every detail of the order, from packing items into containers to labelling them.

You are also accountable for ensuring that each package gets shipped correctly and timely to avoid missing deliveries or lost goods!

Ultimately, you will work with our procurement and warehouse team to ensure items are labelled and packed correctly for shipping. Vitaly important to work with our suppliers and shipping agents to ensure orders are shipped on time.
