A leading automotive organisation is seeking an experienced Warranty Parts & Finance Controller to join its team in Kariega. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective administration, processing, reconciliation, and financial control of warranty claims, parts transactions, and related financial activities.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage and administer warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer requirements and company policies. Verify, process, and reconcile warranty transactions accurately and timeously. Monitor warranty recoveries and ensure correct financial allocations. Liaise with dealerships and internal stakeholders regarding warranty and parts-related queries. Perform financial reconciliations and reporting related to warranty activities. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and manufacturer standards. Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to warranty claims, parts, and financial transactions. Assist with month-end reporting and financial administration. Minimum Requirements National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Warranty Administration Certificate (Essential). Previous dealership experience within the automotive industry. Strong financial administration and reconciliation skills. Advanced computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Remuneration R25 000 - R35 000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
