Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting function, including month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and variance analysis
Maintain strong financial controls, compliance processes and audit readiness
Collaborate with global teams on financial strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience & Skills Required

Newly qualified CA(SA)
Experience within a multinational or high-performance environment is beneficial
Genuine interest or self-driven learning in Web3, crypto, DeFi or blockchain
Strong Excel and Financial Systems
Tech-curious mindset with the ability to adapt to new digital tools
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
