Who we are: We are an established shopper marketing agency assisting clients within the FMCG and retail space. We offer a hybrid work set-up that allows you to be in office and work from home.

What we do: We create and development innovative shopper marketing strategies to bring attention to our clients' brands.

What we are looking for: An Account Director who will play a key role in maintaining some of the key accounts within the business in terms of shopper marketing and business acquisition.

What you will do:

Maintain and grow relationships
Project manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders to manage delivery
Business development
Manage and mentor direct reports
Budget and business management for the company and client

What you must have:

Minimum of 3 years Account management and 3 years Account director experience
Very strong communication and confident presentation skills across multiple channels
Strong organisation and administration skills, with a drive for ongoing improvement
Outspoken personality, confidence with a leaning towards “it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission”. Having stated that, nothing but total and utter honesty will be tolerated.
